GET REAL offers LifeSkills classes that provide a safe place to learn skills needed for living a healthy, successful life, dealing with relationships, inner-healing, and the daily struggles we all face. We also have "Time Out for Tea" once a month during the school year. We provide tea, lunch, fellowship and fun for all ladies in the community.

One-on-one support is also provided.
